This page describes how Boundaryless Services GmbH ("we", "us") processes personal data submitted via the SalesPulse marketing site (sales-pulse.net / salespulse.net).

Hosting & data location

SalesPulse is hosted exclusively inside the European Union and Switzerland. Application servers, databases and backups are operated within this region. Personal data is not transferred outside the EU / Switzerland.

GDPR compliance

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / revDSG). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA / AVV) is provided to all paying customers on request and is part of our standard contract.

You have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Request deletion of your data, where applicable (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions: the data you provide (name, email, company, optional address, subject, message) together with the submission timestamp and IP address for spam protection.
  • Technical access data: standard server log entries (URL, timestamp, user agent, IP) for security and operations.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and, if requested, set up a SalesPulse trial.
  • To protect the site against abuse and ensure secure operation.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with hosting and email providers strictly to deliver the requested service, and with authorities where legally required.

Retention

Contact submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards for documentation and accounting purposes within legal retention periods.
